Excelent experience
Julio's house is beautiful. It is located on a hill surrounded by thick mata atlantica (tropical forest). A rather short walk down the street leads to one of the region's most beautiful beaches, Praia Vermelha. The neighborhood is very quiet, you almost never hear any noise apart from birds and the rustling of leaves. The house itself is in excellent condition, and its size and design allow up to ten people to have privacy and comfort. Julio is a very kind host, easy to reach in case any need might arise. Our group's experience was excellent.

Lovely beach house!
Our week in Ubatuba at the beach house was great! The house is fully equipped and comfortable. The pool water was too cold to enjoy, but maybe in warmer months that wouldn’t be a problem. Communication with the owner was easy and he could be reached promptly.

Casa simplesmente maravilhosa, lugar lindo, casa bem estruturada e bem localizada, bem no meio da natureza... Nós amamos... Da para ir a pé para a praia.... Só uma caminhada, bem tranquila... Schöne Villa am Wald auf Laufabstand zum tollen Strand
Die Villa liegt in einer sicheren Villengegend von Praia Vermehla, am Ende einer Straße direkt am Wald. Es fliegen dort traumhaft schöne blaue Schmetterlinge und Kolibries. Es gibt viel Platz und die Villa ist wunderbar ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Der ruhige Strand ist in 10 Min zu erlaufen Wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl und hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Einmal hatten wir die von Julio vorgeschlagene Köchin da - sie kochte eine sehr schmackhafte Brasilianische Mahlzeit. Julio war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!
