Precisa de manutenção

A localização é ótima , o dono do AP muito educado , responde as mensagens , porém precisa de manutenção , o Microondas não funciona , fogão funciona 2 bocas , embaixo da cama super sujo acho que ele mora longe e deixa alguém responsável e não está limpando , cheguei tinha panela suja na Pia , não tem Tv , mais como eu disse a localização é ótima porém se arrumasse um pouco mais o local seria perfeito .
