Private: natural state property, large, beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn, natural garden, meadow. Motor boat (on order). 100 m long motor access (50 m via unmade road). 20 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 1.5 km, shopping centre 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Hegglandsvegen" 500 m, railway station "Bergen" 50 km, ferry "Våge" 2 km, pebble beach 70 m, rocky beach "Andlavågen" 3 km.
