I booked this place for the location and the yard and both of those things were amazing. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor areas were perfect to watch my dog in the yard. There was free parking. The things I would note for future renters are as follows: no dishwasher and little counterspace mean you wash/dry as you go. The a/c units were set to 70, but I had to switch to the room with the fan for my comfort level. (Both rooms need a fan imo.) The tv/internet is spotty. I had to reset the router once too. The social area of the building next door is right next to the bedroom windows, so if you go on Spring Break like I did, be prepared for noise. If you plan to go to the pool, text about an hour in advance to give them time to send the daily code. Overall I'd rent again, as the cost for the location cant be beat. ...But not on spring break.

Fantastic back yard for dogs, enjoyed the art on the fence but the TV blocks the view from inside. Great location, easy walk to ocean, pier, shops, restaurants. The condos next door have very bright lights that shine into one bedroom all night. Curtains would help, blinds aren't enough. Refrigerator sometimes sounds like a jet plane engine starting up. Otherwise as advertised, kitchen didn't even have salt and pepper or a cutting board.

This was a very comfy house and super convenient for going to the beach or into town. We never used the pool, so can’t say much about that, but our dog sure loved the house and the nice, big yard! We plan to stay at this property again next year if it’s still available then ( it’s for sale right now).

The overall trip was great. Great location. One block from beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. Cottage was nicely decorated. A/C in 2nd bedroom made a clicking noise through most of the night. Having a lifted toilet that was right up on the front window was not convenient. Also, I was informed that I was going to be charged an extra 50 pet fee because there was pet hair. When making this reservation on VRBO I stated that I would be bringing a pet.

Charming

Older home. Clean, quaint, and charming. Well decorated. Two Bedrooms are spacious. AC units in all rooms. Large backyard with patio if landscaped nicely. Has charcoal grill. Three minute walk to beaches, food, and shoppes. Safe neighborhood. Would book again.

The pictures on the website were terrific! Very disappointing when the real eye took in all of the scene. The door to enter property was stuck, loose garbage blowing around, the sink in the bathroom had rusty drain, the unlevel entrance to and from shower was tricky,,

House by beach

The house is in a convenient location, close to the beach, pier, and restaurants. For a very old home made of cinder blocks it wasn’t that bad. We did have some issues with bugs. We did not want to move away from that area so they gave us a can of bug spray. We did enjoy the yard with fire pit.

Comfortable Cottage

Nice fenced yard for us all, especially the dog. Spotlessly clean when we arrived. Exactly what the listing described. Comfortable Cottage, perfect for our stay.Half block to beach, but I didn't do my homework: no dogs allowed on the beach on Tybee at any time, even off season and off hours. The beach and dunes are beautiful otherwise!

Cute & Close to Beach

Nice property with a fenced in, private yard. Beach, pool, shops and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. Excellent communication from property management. Comfortable for our party of 6. Would definitely recommend!

Shack with kitsch in a great location

The location is great and the back yard was nice and overall it was clean. The beds are comfortable. The house is just a shack with uneven floors and inside doors that don't close very well (or at all). The shower curtain hooks are so rusty that you can't open and close the shower curtains. The stove burners are so crooked that the pots slide off.

Girls' Getaway

This cute little beach cottage was perfect for a girls' getaway weekend. It had everything we needed to relax and have some fun. I wish the weather was a little warmer to be able to enjoy the outside amenities...next time! I loved being able to walk to a lot of places on the island and the proximity to the beach. We would definitely stay there again. Just a heads up...the backyard gate would not stay closed. Not a big deal to us but, someone may worry if they had kids with them. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed the location of the cottage. It does need some minor upgrades. The refrigerator is tilted forward so the door doesn’t close very well, the air conditioners need to be upgraded, when they freeze up in the middle of the night sounds something awful. We couldn’t wash the linens because there was no laundry detergent anywhere
