We have stay in Octopus Lair three times now. Cathy is always responsive and accommodating. The house could use some minor updates but overall it is comfortable, always clean, and it's located in a quiet but convenient area.

The home was lovely. It was clean and exactly how advertised on VRBO. Cathy, our host, was very accommodating and easily reached when needed. I would highly recommend her home/apt to anyone going to Tybee wanting easy access to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This place was quaint and in a perfect location on the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!My only complaint would be that the futon needs upgraded for better comfort and the shower needed some TLC.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Octopus’s Lair. It was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We loved that we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go - the beach, restaurants, stores, the big pier, Back River Beach, etc. We’d stay there again.

Our host communicated wonderfully. She even gave us tips and information about Tybee Island. Cathy is the BEST! The Octopus Lair was charming, cute and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner a few nights. We had plenty of spare bath and beach towels, blankets and more! We loved this place. All the comforts of home. We will definitely return!
