I moved a pillow on one of the beds when I arrived and found a live german roach. I took pictures of it and then killed it and took it to the front desk the next morning at checkout in a tissue. The front desk clerk said I'd have to contact Expedia since I booked my reservation with them.

Location was great. Very quiet, Room was good except we reserved a king bed but when we got there the only king room was smoking. Breakfast was great. When we arrived the desk woman did not greet us, never smiled or said a nice word to us.

Don’t stay here

Front desk was friendly, BUT cockroach in room, what looked like blood smeared on wall next to bed, something else smeared on bathroom wall, something dirty on toilet seat, front desk not allowed to give out change for soda machine. Overall, not up to Best Western standards.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was more than I expected. I expected a continental style breakfast but we received much more including a make it yourself waffle maker, which was awesome! The pool was nice & the staff was very hospitable.
