Comfort, ease, cleanliness and a great place.

The location was central. Easy to walk everywhere. The front desk people were very friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention super helpful. The room was clean and well lit. The water pressure in the shower was okay. The hotel was kind enough to secure our luggage for a couple of hours after we checked out. I would definitely recommend.

I was traveling with 4 other family members plus an infant. When I reserved the room, I chose it on their advertised features of free parking, free shuttle, and that it was 15 minutes away from the airport. All that was a lie. They have no parking. We had to pay at a public parking area close by. They have no shuttle service. We complained about this to the desk clerk and he flat out said "it's a lie". He offered to help find a cab but used his cell phone and was being very suspicious. We declined and searched ourselves. And the airport is 45 minutes away. The hotel is not ideally located. It's out of the way if you're traveling to/from the airport. If you're traveling to the northern or eastern cities, this hotel is in the opposite direction. On the bright side, the desk clerk was nice and even took our luggage up to our room (no elevator). The room was clean and had three beds that were comfortable. The cable TV was good and the WIFI connection was great. The air conditioner worked awesome too.

El hotel está en el centro, parece que fue remodelado pero está bien los cuartos , muy cómodos. La numeración de los cuartos algo complicada. El restaurante en general bien y limpio. El único detalle es el estacionamiento; pese a que mencionan que cuentan con el, a donde nos enviaron fue a un terreno que tiene material y cosas ya sin uso, en general una covacha. Y eso no da confianza. Pero si no llevas coche, el hotel es una excelente opción.

From a 1 to 10 i would say a 7 the breakfast is not good at all i purchased my breakfast with my hotel packet and ended eating somewhere else u pay for ure breakfast but u only get one drink refills are 2 dollars after ure first drink its cheaper to eat breakfast somewhere else

A/C needs improvement

The hotel was nice and great service in reception. The rooms had all basic needs. The a/c was not working as cold as we need it for a large family with 3 beds.
