The front desk staff were super nice and friendly. The property is in a nicer area away from the noise. The pool was a perfect temperature. The rooms were decent with A/C. The service in the pool was below average. There were about 3 other small parties (2-3 people) and drinks took long. Other than that, recommended.

Lo malo: No había ventilación en la habitación por lo que siempre se sentía húmeda y olía a humedad. Las toallas las teníamos que estar solicitando porque no las dejaban en la habitación y en un par de ocasiones nos mencionaron que aún no se secaban. En el bar no tenían todo lo de la carta. Lo bueno: Tienen una cancha de padel que rentan por 350 la hora. La alberca tiene un muy buen tamaño.

El aire acondicionado en nuestra habitación no funcionaba muy bien, se veía sucio, con hongos. El baño sucio tambien y no nos proporcionaron toallas hasta muy tarde. La alberca bien pero algo sucia.

El agua de la alberca helada, no habia toallas para la alberca, que en algunas otras ocaciones prestaban, toallas de baño para la habitacion tambien no habia, todo el hotel lleno de agua hasta en el elevador ya que los huespedes se salian todos mojados de la alberca por falta de toallas y no habia quien secara o limpiara

El cancel del baño se estaba cayendo, era un peligro al bañarse, nos cambiaron de cuarto. La comida del restaurante del hotel muy mala, tres veces me sirvieron lo que quisieron, di especificaciones de mis alimentos y me los sirvieron a su modo, adicional el servicio es lento sin que hubiera más gente comiendo.
