Beautiful views, clean large bright suite

We loved our ocean view junior suite with a balcony. it was larger than we thought, very clean, beautiful views. Very convenient to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer combo in the room. We loved the views from the balcony. The room, bathroom and the kitchen was cleaned everyday but they did not clean the balcony. Service staff was polite and quiet. However the wait staff at Dune and Jojo's were slow, indifferent and we had to repeat our requests several times. They seem bored or annoyed all the time. Our room was on the 5th floor, while it offered great views the non stop loud music from the 6th floor bar was irritating. Manager was kind and accommodating, Would have been nice if we had waitstaff on the beach to order food and drinks.

We had a great time overall! Elchelande and Dasheya at the front desk did a fantastic job—they were friendly, professional, and made us feel very welcome. Garey, our butler, was also helpful throughout our stay. Marilou was very helpful as well and made a great impression. The housekeeping team was excellent, and the lady serving breakfast at Building 4 was very kind. Aaliyah at the restaurant was nice. However, we did feel that, overall, the restaurant staff could have been more accommodating and friendly. The service there could use some improvement to ensure guests don’t feel like they’re an inconvenience.

Didn’t like how I had to wait until 5:30pm until my room was ready and check in was at 3pm. There was two other couples that were waiting longer than me. I was at the resort by 1:45pm. I asked for turndown service that never came around. And the breakfast that was included wasn’t worth waking up for.

It was a great experience and Adrian’s Transportation was great for getting us around the island! I highly recommend them for anybody needing transportation!

The property was clean and very quiet! The staff was very nice, but service seemed slow. Loved the beach and convenience of reef right there to explore.

Great room and pool/beach area. Employees had an attitude and not very friendly. Property needs an overhaul for restaurant with better food/menu and nicer waiters. Everyone looking at this resort seem they didn’t want to be there and were bothered by any requests.

The rooms were clean and very spacious and comfortable. We had an ocean view , it was amazing. Staff is courteous and really pleasant.
