Pamperd

The staff were great. From the lowest position to highest position they were there to serve and to see how they could make us happier. Giri my desk manager was taking care of us like a mother takes care of his child. Saran at buffet knew us by name and had our favourites on the table by the time we came from filling our plates. Anand Raj our house keeper made sure we had everything we needed during the day and brought fresh flowers to our room. Best trip and best hotel stay I've had in my life. If there was anything that wasn't 100% the over watching staff made up for it and then some. The location of hotel was in great. I learned pretty soon not to mention the Hotel name to transportation Reeshas because the taxis figure they can charge more if you are staying in a nice 5 star hotel. Instead I would give them the address and name of the mall across the street and enjoy local pricing and 400% savings. I do recommend the hotel and will end up there again for sure. Farzin R. USA

Not maintained

I was staying at Leela for a week before switching to Taj. Taj hasn't been maintained well, every single thing would be at least 3 to 4 notches below Leela. Towels are old, silverware would be old, the shower doors don't close properly - thus leaking water outside, rooms are small. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.
