Plus, you're smack dab in the middle of all the best places to eat, party, and shop in the hotel zone of Tulum, with Beach Clubs nearby for extra fun. Located on the beach road km 8, the perfect spot to get drinks, eat and shop in the trendiest spots in Tulum like Bagatelle, Gitano, Rosa Negra, Ilios, etc. It's the ideal spot for an awesome getaway!
This studio on the 1st floor accommodates up to 2 guests. There’s a kitchenette with the basics for preparing simple meals, a queen bed, and a full modern bathroom. You’ll love waking up to views of the lush Mayan jungle, or you can close the room-darkening curtains to sleep in late. The closet is spacious, so you can unpack your suitcase and feel more at home.

The Neighborhood:
Our spot in Tulum is in the jungle area right in front of the beach! It’s the most central area where the most famous restaurants and stores of the beach zone are located. With a short drive downtown, you'll be in the middle of a treasure trove of more awesome restaurants, shops, and fun stuff to do. And guess what? The famous Tulum Mayan Ruins are just a hop, skip, and jump away, only 9.3 km down the road. Whether you're a food fanatic, a shopaholic, or an adventure junkie, our neighborhood has it all. Come on over and get a taste of the very best Tulum has to offer!
Getting Around:
The property is about 46.5 km or 29 miles from the Tulum International Airport (TQO) and 124 km or 77 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). We can arrange private transportation, just let us know!

There is a nearby construction site that may have noise sporadically between 9 am - 6 pm.
Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events.
Guests will need to climb stairs.
There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance, by 5 pm the day before the service.
Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
There are surveillance cameras located in outdoor common areas and public spaces for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.
We kindly ask all guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events, or illegal activity permitted, and excessive noise won't be tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a door code. Full check-in instructions will be sent before your arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
