Casa Escocesa is a beautiful oceanfront villa located in an exclusive residential area of Tulum and just steps to the breathtaking lagoon of Soliman Bay, right out of the back door. The villa boasts high quality construction with tastefully decorated furnishings. Our guests love our well cared for 4,000 sq. ft. of living space, 1,000 sq. ft. of covered terraces and the sparkling 30 ft. swimming pool, overlooking the beautiful Caribbean.
You will love the large open gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and a gorgeous granite countertop center island, great for gathering and entertaining.
We have 4 bedrooms, each having it's own bathroom and each offering gorgeous views of the Caribbean. Three bedrooms have king size beds and sliding glass doors leading to covered patios, overlooking beautiful Caribbean waters. The 4th bedroom has two full-size beds and plenty of closet and storage space. Each bedroom has individually controlled air conditioning for your comfort.
The open and expansive living room on the first level comfortably seats up to 12 people, with a wet-bar for entertaining.
An additional open, spacious and beautifully decorated living room upstairs has a 60” flat screen smart TV, a desk, and a pool table.
The villa conveniently offers a bluetooth sound system/speakers throughout, including the rear pool area, with plenty of outdoor lighting.

Our villa is a 10-15 minute drive to the “town of Tulum” for city/night life with bars/restaurants. We are also approx. 10-15 drive to the “beaches of Tulum”, with more upscale bars, restaurants, & nightlife.

Our home caretakers are happy to assist you with your vacation needs. In addition to their light housekeeping duties and home caretaking, they also offer additional services (for very reasonable fees paid directly to them) which include: cooking, handling laundry, handling grocery shopping and babysitting.

PLEASE NOTE: The beach area at the rear of the villa has beautiful soft sand, however, the entrance to the ocean water directly at the rear of the villa is rocky. Swim shoes are recommended/necessary for entering to swim or snorkel. Right outside of our back door, you can walk approximately one block in the sand toward Soliman Bay for entry into the water without the rocks.
