The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a dresser, and a smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a dresser, and a smart TV. The den includes a beautiful mountain view from the desk, perfect for home officing.
The Monterra community has access to Naranja Park from the neighborhood, which includes pickleball courts, a dog park, an archery range, walking trails, and more. Catch a paved path to biking The Loop bike trail from the community. Enjoy the wonderful weather outdoors, soak up the sun in the spool.
