The Space:

The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed and full sized dresser, perfect to unpack and get comfy during your stay. The newer, fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove and a convenient breakfast bar. Stay connected with wireless internet and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV, allowing you to easily log into your own streaming services. For local news and live TV, YouTube TV is provided. Step outside to your private patio, complete with comfortable seating, shade, and small dining area.



Please note the washer and dryer are NOT in unit, they are coin operated in the neighborhood community laundry room.



GVR Guest Tenant Card is not available

This home is located in Green Valley, Arizona, a relaxed Southern Arizona community surrounded by desert landscapes, mountain views, golf courses, local restaurants, shopping, and plenty of sunshine.



The home is tucked into Villas East where mature landscaping and shared green spaces give the neighborhood a peaceful, established feel.



Spend your morning with coffee on the shared patio, head out for a round of golf, grab lunch somewhere local, visit family, explore the desert, or simply enjoy an afternoon doing absolutely nothing.

Green Valley is wonderfully spread out, and having a vehicle makes it easy to explore local golf courses, restaurants, shopping, attractions, and the surrounding desert communities.



The property is conveniently located in the Green Valley area, with easy access to Interstate 19 for adventures farther north or south. Green Valley is approximately 30 minutes south of Tucson, making it easy to turn your stay into a Southern Arizona adventure.
