Very modern, clean, great location, fully stocked kitchen, nice welcome package. Only downside is traffic noise in busy area.

The entrance process was awful, multiple phone calls with a number of people in the management group to simply get in. Parking was not clear in the posting of the property NOR when on-site. Street parking was not readily available. Then the condo lock would not open and had to spend another 30 minutes trying to getting in and waiting to have a building sup help get it to work. (Jose was great), the condo itself was fine. The entrance process in advance was not smooth and the lock box with the key is not clear and many had trouble with it for the multiple properties Landing has at this location.After multiple complaints, there was a 50% one day discount by an off-site supervisor, so that effort was made.
