Close to Tucson Medical Center and minutes from University of Arizona & Downtown. 20 minutes from the Airport. This is an ideal place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The perfect retreat from a long day at the Tucson Gem Show or Bike riding Mt Lemmon.
The space
This 2 bedroom, one bath solid brick home has alot to offer, it features an open floor plan, laptop work space and surround sound. It's the perfect size for a solo traveler, a couple, family or small group of friends.
The kitchen has all stainless appliances and is equipped for easy meal preparation.
You will find the memory foam queen and full size beds to be soft and comfortable!
Tea and coffee are provided for your enjoyment.

Guest have access to entire apartment and free parking on property.

Tucson fans

There were pluses and minuses. Kitchen was awesome and a first THEY HAVE CONDIMENTS. Kitchen, beds, hot water and shower were top notch!! It’s really a great spot for 2-3 night visits to Tucson. The outside patio could have been a decent place but was dirty. The furniture were a bit used but still cozy. Check in was confusing until I figured out the check in verbiage.

Ours wasn't a pleasure trip, but we were happy with our comfortable accommodations. The property felt safe and has plenty of conveniences. We had a little difficulty with the door code, but the property manager promptly assisted us. Overall, our experience/communication with the property manager was excellent.
