Not Ready For Our Visit

Key missing from lockbox. Had to wait a long time in the car until someone showed up with a key. ETA with key was changed twice. The unit had NOT been cleaned, and no one was available to do it on a Saturday night. So, we left.

Disappointing

The good things: location, quiet neighborhood, nice decor, privacy, parking, courtyard. However, the owner’s ONLY communication was 2 days before arrival with the gate code and where to park. There were no instructions about anything ( WiFi, TV, check out, garbage). The coffee pot was dirty and broken, oven was dirty, no cutting board). The extra bed blanket was dirty and had dog hair. The place just wasn’t clean. Dog hair all over socks while walking around. Bed very soft and creaky. The place has lots of potential. Needs a new bed, kitchen needs update, needs a thorough cleaning. If so, it would be wonderful!

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Cozy. Property was exactly as advertised. Comfortable and clean and well stocked. The private yard was amazing. We were there for over 3 weeks and found the neighborhood to be quiet and safe.

Cute little place perfect for solo travel with a dog!

Casa Cozy is decorated very nicely and it's large fenced in yard allows for privacy and a great place to allow your pet the freedom to be outside. I had coffee on the porch each morning and enjoyed bird watching. There were a couple issues I had in which the owner quickly responded but did not necessarily come up with a solutions.

Great property. Able to walk the pooch. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Plenty of room and secure. One issue: bed is way too soft. Otherwise Super!

Great little house

Very cute and comfortable house. And a wonderful place to stay with a dog. Very secure and private fenced yard with a shaded porch. And so many interesting things to look at both indoors and out. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely return if we come this way again

Family Weekend

Great location, very private!

This is a wonderful, clean, quiet place to stay. It has it’s own (not shared) beautiful large yard with chairs and a fire pit. Owners are easy and fast to communicate. Washer and dryer are available for use. I have back issues and the mattress is excellent. I enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
