While the view was fabulous & the house itself was mostly good, it was not as described. The garage code didn’t work so I had to go through the house to open the door. There were no towels in kitchen. The fully stocked kitchen had no potholders & no baking/cookie sheets. There were 3 wine glasses, the knives were dull & there was only 1 cutting board. 2 of the 3 bathrooms had no hand soap and no Pantene Pro-V or body wash as they said they should. They placed folded up bath towels instead of hand towels & I had to put bath towels on the racks for showers in the bathrooms, there were no washcloths. Bathroom towels were small, thin, & scratchy. The toilet paper was cheap, my college kid went home to get a roll, pretty bad when a college kid who buys their own thinks your TP sucks. 1 of the toilets continuously ran so we could only use 2 of the toilets. The master bed had no sheets on it and the curtains would not close. Grill was out of propane, outdoor furniture was broken & the glass fell off the glass top table multiple times. Management company did have the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash delivered the 1st morning, but I had to request the hand soap twice & it did not come until late afternoon. Not once did anyone apologize for any inconvenience. I requested a partial refund & was offered a voucher to book with them again. Beware of the management company on this property. Read the other reviews, most of them sound like they were written by the same person.
