Welcome to our serene, cozy waterfront cottage in Mystic Island with private dock and tranquil water views.

Guests will delight in boating, fishing, crabbing, swimming, kayaking and use of the hot tub (mid-Apr-Oct) at our oversized waterfront beachy backyard with BBQ, wood-burning fire pit, and plenty of seating, lounge areas to enjoy. Along with bikes, outdoor games like connect four, bocce ball, croquet, and so much more! Inside cozy up with our electric fireplace, enjoy a book, play one of the many board games, or stream something on one of the smart TVs.

The property boasts a stocked kitchen complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary drink ware, dishes, utensils, pots & pans, blender, toaster, etc., allowing you to savor delicious home-cooked meals. Essentials such as towels, basic soaps, hair dryer, iron, as well as air conditioning/heating, wall mounted fans, bed linens, blankets, and pillows are all provided for your comfort.

Our home is nestled a short drive from the historic Smithville and Village Green, Renault Winery, LBI National Golf Resort, Long Beach Island Beaches, and Atlantic City offering the perfect blend of relaxation and exploration. Hidden Paradise!

What a wonderful respite we found a little over an hour from home! The property is set up so you feel like you're in your own house. Great crabbing and snapper fishing right off the dock. Lots to do nearby. We will definitely be back!

This home was adorable! Alot of attention to details making it fun and comfortable for our family (including our bernadoodle, Tammy) Our host thought of everything! House is adorable. And being on the water is amazing. We went swimming, crabbing, fishing and paddle boarding! Loved everything about this house. Bay beach was only 10 minutes away and LBI beaches were about 40 minutes. Definitely want to come back! Owner was quick to answer any questions, and even checked in on us after a bad storm.

The location was okay — about 30 minutes from LBI. The closest beach was unfortunately quite buggy and not very clean. The indoor space was very clean and well-kept, though the backyard setup felt a bit chaotic. Unfortunately, my husband got sick, and we had to leave a night early. I asked about a partial refund for the unused night, but the owner wasn’t able to offer one.
