Villa Olive Hill is located in Tucepi, only 300 metres from the sea and welcomes you in a modern and bright living area. This elegant, spacious and tastefully decorated villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 + 2 guests and has 4 modern double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and satellite TV. The ground floor has a bright, comfortable living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one of the double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a separate guest WC. The 1st floor houses the 3 additional double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Apart from the modern and elegant amenities, the absolute jewel of Villa Olive Hill is definitely its large roof terrace with an area of 100 m² which offers a fantastic view of the sea and the village of Tucepi. This makes it an ideal place to relax Let yourself be enchanted by the breathtaking sea view as well as the view of the Biokovo mountain and olive groves. This villa is located on a plot of almost 500m2 and offers a large, well-kept garden with a beautiful private pool. An absolutely fantastic villa which is perfect for a family or group who want peace and quiet holiday in lovely surroundings. Nice pool, terrace and rooftop. We were lucky with the weather in early October, it helps. We were well received by the host. Decor is really nice with 4 nice room with private bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Everything is in good condition. A broken parasol and 4 sunbeds missing around the pool , it was quickly done. The pool was heated, which however was turned off after pool service mid-week, it took 1 1/2 days before it was made again, it was a bit of a shame when we pay for a heated pool. But a lovely holiday in a fantastic villa.

Wunderschöne Villa mit atemberaubender Dachterrasse und Aussicht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Strand und Promenade sind in der Nähe. Der Weg zur Villa ist steil mit dem Auto jedoch kein Problem und zu Fuss geht es circa 15min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie auch Bäckereien findet man direkt an der Promenade in Tučepi. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer und es gibt ein grosses Wohnzimmer und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Pool wird gegen Gebühr auch beheizt. Wir empfehlen die Villa von Herzen weiter.
