There is a guest card system: 6 guest cards are issued for amenities access. Missing cards = $100 fee each.

Guest access fees apply per person per day for amenities; rates vary by activity.

In winter, snow tires and 4WD or AWD are required; chains recommended if vehicle is not equipped.

Outdoor furniture + grills may not be available Nov‑May.

Children under age 3 stay free.

🌊 Pool + Spa Renovation Notice

Trout Creek Recreation Center pools + spas will be closed for renovations from September 2, 2025 for about three and a half months. During that time, the Northwoods Pool will remain open (weather permitting, through about October 10), with locals’ pricing at area community pools for valid ID holders.
