Luxury Northstar Lodge

Lodge style elegance for mountain style living best describes this phenomenal home. You will be captivated the moment you enter by the massive vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace, and gorgeous slate flooring. Prepare your meals in the gourmet kitchen with it's six burner burner range, four ovens, slate counters, stainless steel appliances and oversized pantry. Then gather for great conservation at the huge dining room table surrounded by large windows displaying the lovely backyard. Entertain yourselves without leaving the home with foosball , a pool table, shuffle board and plenty of board games.

This house is perfect for families! The main level has 4 en-suite bedrooms with either king or queen beds. The upstairs has a bunk room with 2 full beds and 2 twin beds. In addition, there is a queen sleeper sofa and a full bed in additional sleeping area- both in the game room. In addition, we have 2 ports cribs and sleeping mats for the floor.

In the winter, there is a sledding hill right in the back yard and in summer, the large paved backyard patio is a perfect place to relax.

*Please note that as per Placer County, we can only accommodate up to 12 adults plus a max of 8 children. This is for your comfort as well!

We come to Tahoe every year to ski. The rental house game here is strong and we have stayed in many beautiful and well managed rentals. But this home is just our absolute favorite- the rooms are all en suite, the kitchen has a very sensible layout, the location is great, and the hosts are responsive and lovely. We enjoyed our stay at Nicole’s lodge. The house is very comfortable for two families (4 adults -6 kids). The play room was a hit for the kids with the pool table. Also the sledding in the back was really fun. Nicole was a great host, she was looking out for us as our travel plans got disrupted for the east coast storm. She was very proactive and give us flexibility to extend our stay. If you are coming in the winter the ski is fantastic for all expertise levels. We will definitely come back! Great Family Home!
