The home is equipped with air conditioning—rare and highly sought-after in the Tahoe area—ensuring year-round comfort during warm summer days. In the winter, you'll appreciate the heated driveway between the front door and the garage, making snow removal much easier. A backup generator is also in place, providing added peace of mind during your stay.

Inside, the main level is step-free and mobility-friendly, offering easy access throughout the living room, kitchen, dining area, and primary suite—ideal for guests with limited mobility. The queen primary suite also includes a remote workstation and printer, plus a private balcony with forest views. The ensuite bathroom features heated floors, dual showerheads, a double vanity, and plenty of storage.

The open-concept living space features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a six-burner gas cooktop, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is also located on this level.
