You can't stay in a better location to visit Bryce Canyon. The staff at the hotel were extremely nice and helpful. The shuttle to the park stops right in front of the hotel. The rooms are a little dated, but comfortable.

The room was large with good amenities but you could hear noise from rooms upstairs. They were not making loud noises but every footstep and the water running could be heard. Limited parking. The bathrooms could use an update. The buffet food was average. The gift shop was well stocked. The hotel was convenient to Bryce and the “old town” was nice. Very self contained campus!

We changed are room to a different area of the hotel. First room awful odor looked sad and run down. Our room needed up dating all dark and brown, water stained ceiling tiles in bathroom. Not a good value for the money I paid. Disappointing!

great location for the national park and the shuttled bus running into the park . ladies at the information desk very helpful room was clean and beds comfortable unfortunatley the restaurant was of poor quality . very limited choice for vegetarians unless you like over cooked vegetables from the buffet, breakfast was slightly better.
