You can't stay in a better location to visit Bryce Canyon. The staff at the hotel were extremely nice and helpful. The shuttle to the park stops right in front of the hotel. The rooms are a little dated, but comfortable.

We changed are room to a different area of the hotel. First room awful odor looked sad and run down. Our room needed up dating all dark and brown, water stained ceiling tiles in bathroom. Not a good value for the money I paid. Disappointing!

great location for the national park and the shuttled bus running into the park . ladies at the information desk very helpful room was clean and beds comfortable unfortunatley the restaurant was of poor quality . very limited choice for vegetarians unless you like over cooked vegetables from the buffet, breakfast was slightly better.

The room was clean enough but had outdated decor which made it feel old and tired. I get that they're trying to keep the "ranch" theme but it needs updating. The dark brown carpet made the room dark and it had an odor to it. With the carpet and cheap smelling cleaner, we needed to keep the door open to air the place out. The breakfast had a lot of options but it was chaotic with people everywhere. It turned us off. There weren't many restaurant options nearby other than Ruby's properties. We did find a good pizza place in Tropic that was very welcoming and delicious. We would not stay at Ruby's again. It just wasn't our kind of place.

Ruby’s is right out side Bryce Canyon National Park. Easy to get into and out of the park. Decent hotel rooms with a nice indoor pool area. Buffet breakfast was a little better than most free hotel breakfasts, but offered the same menu everyday. Would have been nice to change it up day to day. We did not eat any other meals on property in order to get more variety. Ruby’s includes a large gift store and grocery type store that offered grab and go sandwiches and a myriad of supplies you might want for hiking in the park. The property is run very efficiently with very good guest communications.

Very close to Bryce Canyon National Park. Good breakfast. Room was quite dark and dated. We did consider paying extra for a lake view room but so glad we didn’t bother as you can see from the pictures, it was dried up.

Easy access to Bryce Canyon with free shuttle pickup right here in the parking lot. Clean room, dinner was ok but not great on site. General store handy to restock cooler for trip. Staff all pleasant. Recommended!
