Close to the beach of Anse-à-l'Ane and in the heart of the village, I offer for seasonal rental a single storey gite for 4 people with mezzanine, NOT OVERLOOKED.

Large, tastefully renovated one-bedroom apartment, the apartment is located at the end of a holiday residence with swimming pool.

You can enjoy the terrace and the private enclosed garden of 130 m² not overlooked with the deckchairs and the Weber barbecue.

The apartment is made up of a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed. Another bed for 2 people is on the ground floor (possibility of 2 single beds or a large double bed).
The apartment is air conditioned.
The kitchen is equipped (large fridge, freezer, 4 burners, oven, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine) and is open on the terrace with a bar to enjoy the outdoors.

The bathroom is equipped with a beautiful walk-in shower, wc and sink.

Tea towels, sheets and towels are provided.

Emplacement parfait, à proximité de tout. Nous avons adoré le petit village et la plage de l'Anse à l'Âne ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le gîte : très beau et très propre. Seul bémol, il manquait selon nous quelques articles du quotidien pour faciliter notre séjour (couteau de cuisine, planche à découper, couverture pour la nuit, etc.).

Hello Alizee Just to say thanks for a reasonable stay. On the surface the Gite is lovely, however we did find some important things lacking. One being there is no can opener, no Cork screw for wine (very important in France).There was no welcome pack which we understood there would be for when we had arrived. (this was provided at Number 38 where we stayed the first two weeks. Yes we did expect that there would be sufficient toilet paper there as well...and to be told by you this is not a hotel, well that's terrible.. Another thing is the bulb had had gone out in the porch area out side so we sat In the dark for four days. As you know there is only one anyway the other has been disconnected. We did contact you for Pascale's e mail but you never replied. When we was leaving on the 10th we managed to show Pascale the problem of the light and we think she sorted it. But it would have been nice to done this whist we was staying Apart from this we had a lovely time, sadly the car we had on hire from Europcar was vandalized on the 9th by someone one with a key or knife. Thanks Keith and Mary

Merci Amélie pour l'accueil et les bons conseils nous avons passé une agréable semaine. Les moustiques sont présents mais les raquettes sont très pratiques et il y a des moustiquaires pour les lits. Il fait très chaud dans la chambre du haut mais en y mettant le ventilateur, c'est supportable.Le logement est fidèle au descriptif. La plage est à quelques minutes à pied. Je recommande.

location conforme à la description + remarques.

L'accès à la chambre sous les combles et la descente escalier sans une rampe côté gauche présentent un risque. Portail manuel difficile à manipuler. Isolation sonore inexistante du fait de la mitoyenneté des appartements (4) dans la même maison. L'environnement, jardin privé et terrasse sans vis à vis est très agréable. Le parking privé dans le jardin est un plus. Réception par une personne très accueillante et disponible.

Chambre inconfortable

Les photos devraient être actualisées, manque de bain de soleil confortables, nous n'en avons eu qu'un, cassé. La chambre mezzanine, c'est une fournaise malgré la climatisation et manque de luminosité (pas de fenêtre). Eau chaude quand les voisins n'ont pas tout utilisé. Manque de confort et d'équipement (canapé et matelas du lit inconfortables,....) Un très bon point concernant Amélie qui est de très bons conseils, à l'écoute et très gentille.

Agréable maisonnette avec terrasse et jardin.Proche de la plage. Mais malheureusement une chambre en mezzanine extrêmement dangereuse ,pas de hauteur sous plafond, et pas de rambarde de sécurité. Très sonore (on suis les conversations des voisins dans la chambre).Les coqs sont très présents des le matin !! A réservé à des jeunes.

Super situation

Très bien situé avec la plage à 3 mn à pied avec plusieurs resto sur la plage, superette, tabac presse, boulangerie, primeur... Navette en bateau vers Fort de France 'durée de la traversée 15 mn. Seul bémol, les moustiques !!! Pas de fenêtres dans le logement mais des volets (ce qui rend le logement sombre ) mais la moustiquaire de la mezzanine est insupportable, on s'enroule dedans. Le soir, si on laisse le volet ouvert sur la terrasse, on se fait dévorer malgré l'anti moustique sur le corps. Quelques aménagements en ce sens sera vraiment nécessaire pour que ça soit le top !!!

A recommander

Petit coin de paradis au calme, aucun vis à vis, nous avions réservés pour 6 semaines à l'été 2021, 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Nous avons pu nous régaler de coco qui tombait directement à nos pieds dans le jardin. A l'intérieur, il ne manque rien, ustensile de cuisine, électroménager (quelle bonne idée la machine à laver, pas automatique dans les locations précédente faite sur l'île) linge de lit et de toilette même les moustiquaires car oui il y a des moustiques, comme sur la totalité du territoire, présent surtout le soir et par temps humide mais avec un bon répulsif et des vêtements longs, nous n'en avons pas trop souffert Vacances confinés mais vacances quand même grâce au jardin et à la piscine de la résidence. Accès rapide au supermarché, boulangerie, tabac et restaurants. Navette maritime a proximité. Pascal qui gère les arrivées est adorable et toujours disponible. En bref, nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Gîte créole magnifique proche de plage

Ce gîte se situe à 3mn à pied de la plage en marchant tranquille !!!! Pascale est très accueillante et disponible et l on se sent chez soi !!!! Plage très belle et calme, malgré le voisinage très, voir trop sociable !!!! Moustiquaire au top, car moustiques surtout après la pluie, bref pour ceux qui veulent découvrir la Martinique sans véhicule, y a navette fort de France et bus pour les plages du sud, mais la location d une voiture c'est mieux. Merci beaucoup Pascale !!!!

Excellente location

Très bon accueil par Pascale, résidence idéalement située, toute proche de la mer (100 m). Desservie par la navette pour Fort de France. Boulangerie et supérette à proximité, restaurants et bars juste à côté. La résidence est très bien équipée (moustiquaires, transats, TV, Barbecue, Box internet, machine à lavée, etc ...).
