Recently built villa with private pool pleasantly inserted in the natural context of typical junipers and holm oaks that surround Costa Paradiso and from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.
The villa consists of a larger central body with 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and panoramic terrace and a double bedroom with external bathroom and not internally communicating with the central body.
There is also a dependance with a kitchen, a dining area, 1 double bedroom and bathroom.

Villa Albanella with its 5 bedrooms can therefore comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests who can thus also enjoy their privacy.
The villa is equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning, TV, dishwasher, washing machine and it's finely, tastefully furnished with simplicity.
Outside, as well as being surrounded by large spaces, the villa is also equipped with a comfortable barbeque.
Costa Paradiso is a tourist village located on the north coast of Sardinia, more precisely halfway between the coast that connects Santa Teresa di Gallura with Castelsardo, which are both about 35 kilometers away.
Costa Paradiso has a coastline that stretches for about 7 km and is characterized by a sequence of beautiful bays and rocky coves, many of which can only be reached by sea or on foot along very scenic paths.
Li Cossi is the suggestive sandy beach in Costa Paradiso surrounded by the crystalline, emerald green sea and reachable on foot through a natural path in about 5-7 minutes.
Costa Paradiso is a village equipped with all the necessary services for a comfortable stay such as supermarkets, bars, shops and a medical service open throughout the summer.
