Villa sleeps 6, large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, veranda, solarium, outdoor parking space.

The villa is part of a small complex of 3 apartments. Villa Azzurra is located on one side of the complex (on the right in the aerial photo). It has its own independent entrance on the back and an entrance located under the veranda (facing the sea). It is about 800 meters from the shopping center and about 800 meters from the sea.

The villa has a breathtaking view of the sea and is surrounded by lush vegetation.

The villa has a bright living area, with kitchenette, sitting area with satellite TV, comfortable and functional sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms with wardrobe, two bathrooms, veranda and outdoor parking space.

The decor of the house is simple and comfortable. The living room has a double sofa bed. In the living area you will find a fireplace and a kitchenette. The essential kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas hob, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, crockery and various cookware. The dining table is for 6/8 people. A TV-SAT is installed in this room.
The bedrooms consist of a double bed, a wardrobe with sliding doors equipped with a mirror.
In both bathrooms there are sink, bidet and shower facilities. In addition, one of the two has a washing machine installed.

The windows of the house are equipped with mosquito nets.

The covered veranda, equipped with table and chairs, is about 25 square meters. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the sea.

Outside the house you can also take advantage of a brick barbecue and a large solarium, in common, from which to admire the splendid panorama by day and spectacular sunsets in the evening.

On the back of the house it is possible to use an external shower.

Pets are allowed, for which there is no fence that allows you to leave them unattended.

The beaches and coves of Costa Paradiso

Li Cossi beach: The main beach of the village reached by a pedestrian path, nestled between the cliff is considered one of the most appreciated natural beauties of Sardinia. Along the path it is also possible to access the various coves.

Tinnari Beach: Wonderful wild beach accessible only by sea with private boats or rubber dinghy shuttle operating every day for a fee.

Cala Le Baiette: small rocky cove with pedestrian access and sunbathing platform.

Cala I Tamerici: small sandy cove easily accessible and close to services, such as restaurants and bars.

Cala Le Sorgenti: beautiful descent to the sea in the cliff that offers a spectacular scenario perfect for snorkeling.

Natural pools: paths along the cliff allow you to reach natural pools where you can swim and dive from the rocks.
