This place is a must stay. Whoever owns this property had a great idea and is a genius!! The concept is brilliant. The view, the mini condos, the staff, the restaurant is all AMAZING! We stayed for our honeymoon and I am still in awe over our stay. Truly an experience to remember forever. Thank you!!

This gem is nicely hidden in a humble neighborhood. The view from our design loft was stunning. The beds were comfortable and their showers have hot water. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The drive here is worth it. I would definitely stay here again.

Magical place !

English: OH MY GOD! I never expected this place to be so magical. It was beyond belief the design of the individual cabins. Super modern with lots of glass and a large balcony with an outdoor bathing tub in my room. The view of the lake is phenomenal. The restaurant was also a delight. I had all of my meals there. Excellent food and also a great view. The hotel staff are super friendly and informative. I will definitely return. My goal is to try each cabin which is of a different design. Español: ¡DIOS MÍO! Nunca esperé que este lugar fuera tan mágico. Es increíble el diseño de las cabañas individuales. Súper moderno con mucho vidrio y un balcón grande con bañera al aire libre en mi habitación. La vista del lago es fenomenal. El restaurante también fue una delicia. Allí comí todos los días. Excelente menu y también una gran vista. El personal del hotel es super amable e informativo. Definitivamente regresaré. Mi objetivo es probar cada cabina que tiene un diseño diferente.

Review: A Breathtaking Escape at Lake Ilopango From the moment we stepped out of our room and laid eyes on Lake Ilopango, it felt like we had entered another world. The view was absolutely mesmerizing, and the entire experience was nothing short of incredible. We visited in January, which brought a refreshing breeze that made the stay even more magical. Sleeping with the doors open was a dream—cool air flowing in, and not a single mosquito in sight! Though we only stayed for one night, we wished we had booked an extra day to explore more of the area. The resort itself was fantastic. The 1 p.m. checkout time was a game-changer, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment without feeling rushed. From the delicious dinner to the included breakfast, every meal exceeded our expectations. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning in the near future. If you’re looking for a peaceful, stunning getaway, this is the perfect place to be!

This property is beyond beautiful!! There is a lady there that did so much I think her name was Maria…She should be made a manager. She was super helpful, professional and accommodating. This property shuts off their water at 8 PM and turns it on at 8 AM so if you want to go to the toilet at night or take a shower that is not possible and no one told us. The only thing we liked about this hotel was the view. The food was mediocre. I don’t know why people would ever go to this restaurant or comment on the food please do yourself a favor and don’t stay here just go see the views and stay somewhere else. I was misled by the reviews and I realized that there was a lady going to all the tables asking for five stars on Google. I had to ask for the tab 4 to 5 times. I had to ask for Water 4 to 5 times. There’s no sense of urgency. It’s very slow very laid-back environment. The whole environment gave me anxiety The rooms are very old and not painted or decorated properly. I hardly ever do reviews, but for this one I had to because I got misled by reviews.

It's a wonderful location with fascinating views to the Illopango lake and to the Pacific Ocean, the area around the lake its covered by trees, and the sunsets are spectacular. So happy we spend part of our stay in El Salvador in this hotel.
