Needs upgrades
First impression was a very dirty door handle on the screen door.
It went downhill from there.
Febreeze wall units overtook you as soon as you walked in. Every room had one and it was nauseating.
The seating in the living room is only one couch. The table in the dinning room was a little larger than a folding bridge table with four tiny chairs.
The beds had four inch thick mattresses without a box spring.
The bath towels were of the lowest grade so you had to use two to dry your face.
There was no bedside reading lamp in the main bed room or a nightstand.
The kitchen had a pepper shaker but no salt shaker.
I feel like I’m babbling but the place needs work. Even the carpet was old and stained.
The host was friendly and available.
The location was very central for my needs.
The back yard was very large and the neighbors were very friendly.
