It consists of a large, bright living room with sofa and TV area. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The sleeping area consists of two large double bedrooms and a bright single bedroom. There is a service bathroom and a full bathroom with shower. There is also a utility room with washing machine. The bedrooms and the living room enjoy a fantastic view of the lake and the flat is embellished with details reminiscent of its history, such as the Lombard terracotta floor in the living room and the period fountain in the hallway.

The flat, which can accommodate up to 5 people, has wi-fi internet access throughout the house, but no air conditioning. However, fans will be available for guests.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGVILLINO DE WELS can be easily reached by public transport as the bus and boat stop is right in front of the flat, and it can also be reached by car, as there are nearby public pay parking spaces. One of the most famous features of Tremezzo is Villa Carlotta, among the most famous villas on Lake Como. The village of Tremezzo has a quiet and picturesque atmosphere, with narrow streets, quiet little squares and houses in the warm colours typical of Lombard architecture. The lakeside promenade is ideal for strolling, with spectacular views of Lake Como, the mountains and the historic villas dotting the shoreline. Tremezzo is also famous for its gastronomic traditions, with local restaurants and trattorias offering typical Lombard dishes. It is also an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding mountains and enjoying breathtaking views. The area offers several hiking trails, including the famous Lake Como Greenway, leading to panoramic viewpoints from which to admire Lake Como in all its beauty. It is 30 km from Como and 25 km from Cernobbio, where there is the entrance to the motorway to Milan and Lugano.

In Tremezzo there are bars, restaurants, grocery stores and a pharmacy. There is a grocery shop and butcher\'s shop next to the flat, but the nearest super market is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno, 3 km away.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), renting a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

In front of the flat you will find the bus and boat stop. Easily accessible from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.
