Great beach location! Don’t forget about the amazing sandbar at low tide to the right about .5 miles! Adorable condo! The area is still recovering from Dorian but that didn’t bother us. Host and Martha were very responsive!

Heaven on Earth

A wonderful vacation. The villa was exactly as pictured… clean and located steps from the most beautiful beach. Everything you need is in the kitchen for cooking and a handful of restaurants close by. We can’t wait to return.

Beachfront!

There is no better location on the entire Island! We have never stayed beachfront before and loved every second of seeing that gorgeous blue water and the beachfront accessibility. We have always stayed in a private house with a private pool, so this vacation had a different feel to it, not bad just different. We didn’t really use the pool very much, we spent all of our time at the beach. Gorgeous beach, so no complaints, but my kids missed having our own pool. The island is still coming back from the hurricane so it’s still very sleepy for the kids. Hard to complain when the beach was so fabulous though. My only note about the villa particularly is that it didn’t have a washer and dryer which I never even thought to check. We have never stayed at a place without a washer/dryer so it didn’t cross my mind to check for and I missed having it! We did use the laundry service, which was perfectly fine I’m sure for most people, but I’m very particular about how I wash clothes and I forgot to mention a cold water wash and no fabric softener. Oh well, just want to help others out who may feel similarly so they are prepared. We had a wonderful week, probably top 5 most beautiful beaches we’ve ever been to and that’s saying something! Thank you

Heaven on Earth

Our family of 4 came to stay during spring break. The views were incredible, and the short walk to the beach was perfect. The unit came with everything we needed and then some! We already can’t wait to come back!

Paradise!!

I think this might be one of the most beautiful places on earth! It’s incredible to walk out your front deck and see the ocean and have a 30 sec walk to the beach! Martha was wonderful- I would ABSOLUTELY come back! This place is breathtaking!

This is a delightful villa. It has everything you need for a restful stay, and it is not “fussy“ so it’s easy to care for while you’re there. The view and access to the beach are extraordinary. Highly recommended!

My New favorite place to vacation!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Literally, just steps away from the beach! Beautiful sunrises each morning. And convenient to Wilson’s boat rentals for the days we island hopped! Caitlin was a wonderful host always available for our questions. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen/grill were well stocked. Already trying to plan our next escape and can’t wait to stay in this Villa again.

Gem in Treasure Cay

Ocean Villas was a great location in Treasure Cay! The view was breath taking and a quick walk to the beach. The villa was perfect for four adults. Everything is updated and each bedroom with en-suite provided great privacy. I highly recommend the villa and hope to be back soon!

Amazing view on the ocean

Very nice but no beach towels, no kitchen table inside, couch is not very comfortable, TV is in the master bedroom, the A.C , in the second bedroom, is leaking in the wardrobe. Overall, we really appreciate our stay.

Best location on Treasure Cay

This was our fourth trip to Treasure Cay (and the first time back since Dorian hit Abaco) and Caitlin’s villa is by far our favourite. The location of the villa is amazing, right on the beach with amazing views from the sitting room. It was incredibly clean and had everything you need for a perfect weeks stay. For anyone deliberating on returning to Treasure Cay since Dorian - just do it. It’s as beautiful as ever and the perfect place for an incredibly relaxing holiday, on one of the top beaches in the world! Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

Beautiful Ocean Views!

This is not our first time to TC but first time since Dorian so we were not sure what to expect. The property is on a lovely location. We found it clean, AC working and beds comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and all appliances clean and in good working condition except for the outdoor grill that was very dirty. Inside seating could be more comfortable and the big TV in the MB should be move to the LR so all could enjoy watching a movie at night. We had a water dripping from ceiling in the guest bathroom and had to call Martha. She quickly handled the situation and had the problem fixed. Only places to eat out is the BBC and Florence Cafe so make sure to get your groceries in MH before you arrive. Thank you all for the hospitality. Looking forward to coming back to TC next year again.

beautiful villa on a beautiful beach

great villa-very clean and well furnished. Treasure Cay is still not rebuilt much but the beach is as beautiful as ever! We had a great time despite there really only being one consistently open restaurant in the area (bahama beach club). Our daughter loved the trunk of toys to play with!

Fantastic Modern Beachfront Property

We loved every aspect of our stay in this Treasure Cay beachfront villa. The villa itself is brand new, very well equipped and very comfortable for 4 people. The occupants of neighbouring villas were friendly and helpful. The beach is the nicest one that we have ever visited: beautiful white sand, pristine turquoise water and mostly deserted. The surrounding area is still recovering from Hurricane Dorian. There is only 1 restaurant at Bahama Beach Club (5 min walk along the beach). There is a small strip mall with a convenience store, a liquor store and a bakery a 5 min walk away. We didn’t feel that we needed more than that. This place is perfect for a tranquil serene vacation, although our 16 and 20 year old daughters wished that there was more to do in the evening.

Beyond Stunning!!

Pictures do not do justice to this villa. It's a must see and stay. We had the best time spending time in your little slice of paradise. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you could need. The villa is absolutely beautiful with beach access and views galore. We will be renting again ! Side note... Caitlin was so easy to work with. I had problems on the booking side (that were my fault) and she went out of her way to help me.

Beautiful Villa with lovely view

We really enjoyed our recent stay! The villa exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the pots and pans and utensils anyone needs. Right on the beach and beautiful views of the beach from the living room and kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!
