Perfect location for enjoying Traverse City, the wineries, etc! This charming 3bd/2ba west-side Traverse City home located just inside Leelanau County – directly on the TART Trail. Bike or walk to the beach or into town and avoid the traffic! Located just off of picturesque M22, but quietly tucked away with woodland, wildlife, and creek setting, this home is a short .2 mile walk to the Elmwood Twp Marina and Park, as well as walkable/bikeable to several desirable restaurants. Brand new listing!

Recently remodeled – fresh paint and wide-plank hardwood maple flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinet faces, quartz countertops and subway tile backsplash. The master suite includes a large walk-in closet, and built-ins. Modern amenities such as USB outlets. There is an attached garage with one stall plus storage. Additional parking is available in the driveway. The home sits on over an acre, and has a lovely covered patio seating area that faces beautiful and peaceful woods. You will want to enjoy your summer mornings and evenings on this patio! Bonus: Lighted outback fire pit area for a little summertime s’mores action! You will looooove this location!

Although I've been a host for 8+ years, I have only ever rented out my guest rooms. I hope you enjoy my entire house while I'm traveling.
