Upon arriving, it was evident that updates were being done because the lobby was stuffed with dozens of boxes. After checking in and parking my car, I noticed the pool was Closed and full of green algae water...unpleasant to see, wanting to take a soak. After parking, entering from the back door, the gym was Out of Order, then passing the public laundry, on the way to my room noticed that both the washer and drier were Out of Order. My 1st floor room appeared clean, already updated, but the hammering, slamming, drilling etc in the room above was unwelcomin. The last straw was finding out the shampoo and soap dispensers mounted in the shower were empty after I was already in rhe shower. I mentioned this to the staff when checking out, and his comment simply was Sorry. This establishment charged what I consider top rate for very sub rate comfort and convenience. My new schedule will have me in town nearly every week, and have now crossed this establishment off of my list.

Do not stay here

Horrible. Front desk staff was rude and hard to communicate with. The front desk also tried to charge an additional $30 fee at check in which was not stated. After 5+ minutes of conversation about this, I requested to cancel the reservation, which they denied. The bathroom had mold in it, there were dead cockroaches in the hallway, and the fitness center was closed. I will not stay here again

I made The reservation because it was a pet friendly hotel. But I didn’t see anything about only select rooms allowing pets. So we were charged a massive pet fee and the check in person was rude and very unhelpful. Not a pet friendly hotel at all.

Decent, but over priced for the quality of the hotel. There was gentleman leaned out of third floor window smoking when I pulled up. 😆 No products for the shower(pumps were empty). Beds were very firm, breakfast wasn’t terrible, pool looked a little green…

OK for the location and price

This was a convenient place to stay and the price was right. However, there were multiple days when the hallway on the third floor smell like skunk! I brought it to the attention of the front desk, but I’m not sure if they could or would do anything about it. It’s an older place and the showers are a bit small, but it was well kept clean.

Everything was as described online. I would suggest more care to the pool area. Pool jets were not on so the water was looking pretty stagnant on our last day. I took it upon myself to clean as much as I could but it needed a good filtration. Hopefully management addresses before it becomes a health hazard.
