Unmöglich fand ich ihr Inserat, wo man klar mit der Bezahlung des Objektes mit den Bedingungen einverstanden war! Nachträglich eine Aufforderung einen Vertrag in Italienisch zu unterschreiben sowie die 14 Euro Kurtaxen per unbekannten Link mit der Kreditkarte zu begleichen??? Obwohl im Vertag auf ihrer webseite klar definiert war, dies in bar vorort zu zahlen! Antworten kann man auf ihre mails nicht, wäre eigentlich normal? Zum Glück konnte ich mich mit der Agentur gut verständigen, wäre aber nicht vorgesehen, wenn sie uns wie bei Anderen dies abgenommen hätten....für uns war dies alles zu kompliziert, werden sie in Zukunft nicht mehr berücksichtigen! Gruss aus der kleinen Schweiz

Tolle Wohnung mit mega schönem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Traumhaft!! Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet - uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Terrasse war sehr schön. Die An- und Abreise war gut organisiert.

Tolle Aussicht

Wir verbrachten 14 wunderschöne Tage am Lago Maggiore im Appartement Villa Vigna. Die Anfahrt zur Wohnung ist abenteuerlich, eine schmale Strasse mit vielen Spitzkehren! Aber man wird mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick belohnt. Das Appartement besitzt eine neue voll ausgestattete Küche mit hochwertigem Geschirr und Induktionsherd, ein neuwertiges Bad, mit Strahler beheizbar. Das Schlafzimmer ist eng, aber ausreichend. Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich, die Terrasse wunderbar. Die Wohnung besitzt keine Heizung. Wir verreisten im April und da waren die Nächte kühl. Wir meldeten dies bei der Agentur Zanetti. Bereits am Abend stand ein Heizstrahler in der Wohnung. Danke an die Agentur und den Hausbesitzern, die über der Wohnung wohnen und sich sehr dezent zurückhalten.
