House in single plan, favoring children, seniors and wheelchair users (with a suite adapted for better comfort and mobility). All 9 suites are air conditioned and 5 have sea views. Our daily rate is initially up to 20 people after this amount will be charged extra guests up to the full capacity of the house. Our kitchen is equipped with 2 stoves, 2 jams, 1 fridge, 1 horizontal and 1 vertical freezer, microwave, blender, sandwich maker and all the basic utensils. We also have a food option (breakfast and lunch) that we can offer upon prior choice. We are waiting for you!

Ideal para familia e grupos de amigos.linda praia bem calma. Localizaçao***

Casa bem equipada e muito agradavel mesmo em cima da areia. Centro de flecheiras a 10mn a pé pela praia. Bons passeios de buggy com a cooperativa de Fleicheiras e de quadriciclo. Praia muito linda e bem calma com as piscinas naturais mesmo em frente da casa. Pode comprar peixe ou lagosta ãos pescadores diariamente. Compras faceis em Fleixeiras.Fomos muito bem recibidos pelos donos Raquel e Ivan, com almoço de boas vindas. Dona Rosa a cosinheira e os meninos trataram muito bem de nós durante 15 dias. Já estamos sonhando em voltar!! Muito obrigada a todos!

ficamos um final de semana do dia 4/5/18 até 06/5/18 bem confortáveis, a casa super espaçosa, a praia maravilhosa, mar azul, visão magnífica, o pessoal de apoio dona Rosa, (ela faz uma comida deliciosa, já estamos com saudade) Davi, cabeça.....todos muito prestativos e dedicados. Fantástica

Temos em média duas viagens para litoral por mês, e posso sem sombra de dúvidas dizer que essa do dia 17/03/18 foi a melhor viagem. A casa é perfeita, com uma ótima estrutura, pode-se encontrar de tudo nela, muito limpa e organizada, quartos impecáveis, com muito espaço interno e externo, e muitas áreas de convivência. O mar fica bem em frente a casa, mar calmo lindo, limpo e cristalino. Dona Rosa ( cozinheira) é maravilhosa, cozinheira de mão cheia, atenciosa é muito disposta. Essa foi sem sombra de dúvidas a melhor viagem até hoje. Grata pela recepção.

Estive com minha familia ( 30 pessoas adultas mais 02 crianças ) por 06 dias, ficamos bem confortáveis, a casa super espaçosa, a praia maravilhosa, mar azul, visão magnífica de 03 dos apartamentos, o pessoal de apoio dona Rosa, Davi, cabeça.....todos muito prestativos e solícitos. Maravilhoso descanso... fomos muitíssimo bem recebidos e assim fomos tratados durante toda nossa estadia. Tudo maravilhoso!!!

Flexeiras é o xodó da minha família, por isso escolhemos o local para passarmos o Natal e aproveitarmos as férias. Nossa hospedagem no Condado da Práia foi perfeita. Estive 15 dias hospedado com minha família e durante todo o tempo, tive uma maravilhosa hospedagem. Fomos recebidos pela equipe que cuida da casa e todos amaram a casa.
