New and exclusive! Quiet location in the middle of the Traben district, just a few meters from the Moselle promenade. Luxuriously furnished, a very stylish apartment with plenty of space, comfort and peace awaits you. You can park conveniently in an outdoor parking space in the underground garage and the elevator takes you comfortably to the floor of the apartment. Shopping facilities are only a few meters away from the property. The apartment has a large living/dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bathroom with walk-in shower, guest WC, utility room and a wonderful large terrace of almost 30 square meters. The terrace is in a quiet location with sun and shade areas and a view of the Grevenburg. There is a dining table with 4 relaxing chairs and two sun loungers. You will want for nothing here. Bicycles can be stored in the cellar compartment and e-bikes can also be charged.
Stores and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away.

Erholung wie gewohnt.

Wir waren schon mehrmals in der Wohnung. Wie immer alles gut. Top Lage usw. Einzig die Waschmaschine ist nicht mehr da. Nach Überprüfung war das jedoch im Inserat so vermerkt. Also alles im allen empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Aus unserer Sicht eine gute und entsprechend ausgestattete Wohnung. Leider war bei unserem Aufenthalt die Terrasse nicht wirklich sauber.

Eine klasse Ferienwohnung 5*+

Die Ferienwohnung ist super schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere auch Küche, Fernseher, WLAN, ist top!!! Zudem ist es sehr ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage, von der aus alles leicht fußläufig erreicht werden kann. Auf der Terrasse sind neben einem großen Tisch noch zwei sehr bequeme Liegen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Vielen Dank, liebe Frau Lindner!
