Weโ€™re staying in a shared room with multiple beds today. The hostess was very thoughtful and prepared an empty bed for us to place our luggage. There are several eateries and snack shops nearby, and parking is quite convenient. Unlike the crowded city, this area is calm and spacious, with pleasantly mild weatherโ€”perfect for unwinding and relaxing.

Lovely staff and a quaint little place, but at the time of booking I didnโ€™t realise it was one shared toilet down very narrow stairs, which isnโ€™t great in the middle of the night. Of course this isnโ€™t the fault of the hotel, just be aware of this when booking.

Nice, clean, although it is a shared room with a bed, itโ€™s good enough space & comfortable, the mattress is nice for me and i was sleep well too. They also provide towel, Muji cleansing oil & moisturiser. When i asked Onsen recommendation, they recommended two places, which is so good. The bus stop is on walking distance, the bike rental just opposite to the bus stop. So itโ€™s so perfect place for me to stay in The Toya.

Must stay here if youโ€™re in Toya.

A really clean hostel that provided a clean set of towels and toothbrush set. Thereโ€™s a curtain for each bed so I had privacy. Even if itโ€™s full house, there was ample space for luggage. Thereโ€™s a comfy lounge area with water dispenser for me to chill. Donโ€™t forget to try the curry rice. It was exceptionally good and slightly different from the regular Japanese curry. Toya lake was just across the street and the famous Waseimo store was right in front of The Toya. Two combi stores nearby if you like to get snacks.
