Great location next to the Quebec Parliament building, recently renovated rooms, and within walking distance to Old Quebec City. On the downside, some of the staff were below expectations, customer service didn’t seem to be a priority. I was given incorrect information about parking. I recommend avoiding the valet service, as the experience felt aggressive and unwelcoming. Instead, park at the self-parking lot on Saint-Joachim Street (Gesparc), find the elevators to the 4th floor (Hilton level), and it’ll take you directly to the lobby. As a Hilton Honors member, I was disappointed that I had to request my benefits, they weren’t acknowledged proactively. I also received digital access after checking in and being handed two physical room cards, apparently because I booked through Expedia. That’s likely more of a Hilton policy issue than this hotel’s fault, but it still affected my experience. Ultimately, I won’t be returning to this hotel. With better management, it could be a great place, but as it stands, it fell short of expectations.

I got the room at a good rate so it was worth it! The location is fantastic. It was just a few minutes to the Parliament which we got to visit. The room has wide windows and has a great night view! The brunch buffet at Cabu was amazing and worth the price. What i didnt like - no bathrobes and slippers offered. No potable filtered drinking water available on the floor , when I asked for it from the restauranr, it was taken from the tap.

This hotel is certainly great for the location. It’s a quick easy walk over to old town. It’s a modern updated design. The bathroom and shower were a good size and had lots of counter space. The biggest negative was when we were hoping to enjoy the view and the windows are so dirty you can’t even see outside. To be fair as we were leaving there was a notice up saying they were starting window cleaning but that was too late for our stay. The room overall was clean, but a couple of odd housekeeping things. For one, we only had a couple of tissues in the tissue box when we arrived, once we used them it was a couple days before we got more and then they were just placed beside the holder not in it. One day they left the empty toilet paper roll on the bathroom counter. A little more attention to detail could be taken. The pool area was underwhelming, there is so much open space and it looks like the chairs are just randomly thrown anywhere. It could use some decor, some tables, some greenery or plants, something to make it inviting. Overall the location would be the big selling point.

I liked the location, the clean rooms and the views. I did not like the paper coffee cups in the room and the valet parking service (they did not bring the car for 30 minutes when leaving, I had to ask them again). I did not like the attitude of the concierge man who did not want to show us where the elevators are located.
