Originally from the 16th century and stylishly renovated: The building with a historic courtyard is embedded in a terraced garden with natural stone walls. From the pool area you have a wonderful view over the town and the lake. The well-kept complex is particularly popular with families.
One pool is for adults and one for children, including a waterfall. Loungers and parasols are available.
Children can let off steam on the playground.
There is a communal grill in the beautiful garden.
Toscolano-Maderno is a twin town that has grown together and is separated by a torrent. In Maderno there is a beach as well as bars and restaurants.
Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility
Access to the complex via a narrow road (2.40 - 2.60 m wide).
Air conditioning and heating for a fee: EUR 0.35 per Kw/h
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house The photos show examples of houses and apartments. Only small dogs allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height). Groups under 18 are not accepted by the landlord. Three apartments are only accessible via stone stairs. Access to the facility via a narrow road (2.40 - 2.60 m wide). Only small dogs allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height). Partly open loft instead of bedroom.

Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz der Unterkunft ist mit einem etwas breiteren Auto nicht wirklich möglich. Personal vor Ort nicht hilfreich. Unterkunft dunkel, sehr steile Treppe.

Familien bestens aufgehoben
Alles Super, Pools genial und Anlage Top gepflegt. Wegen Corona leider sehr wenig Gäste was für unsere Tochter langweilig war. Wir kommen aber definitiv wieder. Fahrer die nicht wissen wie breit ihr Auto ist, parken besser unten.
