The facility consists of 4 two-room apartments. located respectively on the first and second floor, and composed of: living room with kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom.
"Mare" Apartment is on the  first floor with a large veranda on the inside.

The property includes a courtyard and a barbecue area, shared with all the apartments of the accomodation.
