You can enjoy the charm of this house with the whole family, as it sleeps up to 6 people. The most amazing feature of the house is undoubtedly the fabulous panorama that you can enjoy while you recharge your batteries.

The house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is provided with a cosy living area with a sofa, fireplace and television and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. It also has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the layout.

Two bedrooms are equipped with warm/cool air-con.

As mentioned above, the icing on the cake is the magnificent outdoor area, characterised by stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the hills of the Axarquia region. You can enjoy them while relaxing on the benches in the outdoor area or taking a dip in the inviting private pool. The outdoor area is completed with a covered barbecue area and an outdoor dining area.

Access to the house is via an 8 km track, 4 km of which are dirt tracks. The other half is asphalted. The track is characterised by curves and slopes, so the use of a 4x4 car is recommended.

Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen, Pepe und Patricia sind super herzliche Gastgeber man merkt das Sie das gerne machen. Die Villa war super sauber und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz und der Ausblick ist Wunderschön. Der Weg zum Inserat geht erstmal über eine gut ausgebaute Straße nach oben danach fährt man ca. 10 minuten über Schotterwege. Einmal dran gewöhnt kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus in ruhiger, abgeschiedener Lage mit MeerblickWir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus von Patricia und Pepe sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in den Bergen, deshalb war ein SUV von Vorteil, da der Weg dorthin im letzten Teil 10 Minuten über einen zum Teil steilen Schotterweg führt. Ist aber machbar. Dafür hatten wir keine direkt angrenzenden Nachbarn und haben die Alleinlage geschätzt. Der Pool war zwar klein dafür aber immer sehr warm und wir sind auch noch abends und nachts geschwommen. Die Klimaanlagen im Haus (3 Stück) funktionierten sehr gut und waren auch leise, bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Granada und Malaga unternommen und waren in Nerja und Frigiliana (beide sehr zu empfehlen).Eine tolle Woche als Familie.

Un grand merci pour nos hôtes grâce à qui on a passé un excellent séjour. Ils nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux et plein d’attentions. Nous recommandons cette villa pour son confort, son calme et sa vue merveilleuse. Proche de villes balnéaires et de l'aéroport.
