This beautiful appartment is located directly at the beach, has a lovely communal swimming pool with sun beds and offers a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace!
 
Via the boulevard you can walk to the centre of L'Estartit in 10 minutes.
For the daily shopping you can go to the supermarket in the street.
 
The apartment is located on the 4th floor and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find the living room with sliding doors to the terrace and air conditioning, the open kitchen, a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom.
