It can accommodate 6 people and this house features air conditioning and is located just 150 meters from the beach. It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay and has access to the community area with a swimming pool. Additionally, it has parking facilities.
The accommodation is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living-dining room with a fireplace, air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, and Wi-Fi connection. From here, you can access the private terrace-garden, which is fenced and equipped with garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils necessary for preparing your meals. There is also a toilet on this floor.
On the upper floor, you will find two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Additionally, there is a full bathroom with a shower and a suite with air conditioning, a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a small balcony.
The house has a small garage with a washing machine and an iron, where you can park your car. However, it is also possible to park in front of the garage, which is more convenient.
Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket is less than 6 km away, and within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.
