Sleeps up to 4: double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, best for a couple or 2 adults + 2 children. Separate kitchen with dishwasher, air conditioning, fast WiFi and a desk. Please note: no pool in the building. Public car park nearby.



The Space:

Bedroom: a quiet room with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Living room: sofa bed for two more guests, TV, dining table and a small desk for working. Air conditioning. Balcony: furnished with a table and two chairs; you see the neighbouring buildings and, to one side, the sea and the palm trees of the seafront. Kitchen: separate and fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Bathroom: modern, with a walk-in shower. Building: lift to the 3rd floor. There is no swimming pool in the building; the beach is a 5-10 minute walk.
