South House be reached along the Via Gardesana and is located a few meters from the beach and about 700 meters from the centre of Torri del Benaco with its restaurants and bars, which can be reached on foot using the lake promenade.



The apartment is located on the second floor within a property consisting of some apartments with a shared pool.



LIVING AREA

Entering the apartment you are in the living room overlooking the large balcony with a table to enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Garda.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, fridge, gas cooker, oven and microwave.

A large dining table completes the dining area and a sofa allows you to comfortably watch the flat-screen satellite TV.



BEDROOMS

The first bedroom consists of a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and two bedside tables with abatjour, inside the room there is a bathroom with shower.



The other room consists of two single beds, an antique wardrobe with a mirror, two bedside tables and an armchair and also has a bathroom with shower and access to the balcony through a French window.

The second large terrace is accessible from this room and from the outdoor sitting area or from the sun loungers you can enjoy the view of the beach and the lake.

OUTDOOR & POOL

From the lake walk, you can arrive at the centre of Torri del Benaco with its Scaliger Castle in about 10 minutes.



A few meters from the apartment we have a bus stop and from Torri del Benaco you can board the ferry that will take you to the west shore of Lake Garda or that will allow you to take a trip to the various towns of the lake.



You can also reach Malcesine, about 20 Km, and take a trip to Monte Baldo with its rotating cable car or visit the wine cellars of Valpolicella or the area of Bardolino and Lugana.

Not far from here there are sailing, windsurf and kite school to live the exciting life of the Lake.

Verona is about 45 km and Venice is about 160 Km.

The place was spotless, beautiful cool apartment. The place was really lovely, great swimming pool with the lake opposite. The location is 10 min walk to the centre.

Location very convenient for centre of Torri del benaco with excellent views of lake and mountains beyond. Furnishings unsatisfactory for 4 people sharing. Only 2 standard mugs in crockery cupboard, a 2 seater settee only cushioned furniture in flat, NO small saucepans, no microwave , easy balcony loungers featured in web site were all broken preventing use unless propped up by wall. Hot water was not available at 6.30 am on day of leaving. Swimming pool was fine but not as warm as the Lake!! An explanation of the lighting system in flat block would have been most helpful 2 extra mugs were provided and 2 saucepans after 48 hours.

Es war alles perfekt. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über das Inserat bei Fe-Wo direkt und der total seriösen papierlosen Abwicklung. Benötigte Infos kamen pünktlich per Mail. So stellt man sich eine Online-Buchung vor. Die Beschreibung des Objekts stimmte genau. Die Lage zum See und zum Ort ist hervorragend. Alles ist leicht zu erreichen. Gerne wieder !

Kein Sonnenschutz

Leider war der Sonnenschutz aud den Balkonen gar nicht oder nur mangelhaft. Ein kleiner Sonnenschirm für diesen großen Balkon. Somit konnten wir den Balkon nur am späten Abend bzw. am Morgen nutzen. Aus diesem Grund werden wir nicht wieder kommen.

Kurzurlaub im Herbst mit Hund

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, genau wie beschrieben. Kontakt mit der Agentur war immer schnell und gut. Die Sanitäreneinrichtungen sehr neu und sehr gepflegt, ebenso Küche und Wohnzimmer. Alles top sauber. Für unsere beiden Hunden war die Wohnung ebenfalls ideal und die Lage am See optimal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in toller Unterkunft

Die Lage direkt am See ist perfekt. Der Blick beim Frühstück auf den See und die Berge traumhaft! Torri del Benaco ist ein schöner kleiner Ort mit guten Lokalen und zu Fuß von der Wohnung gut zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch direkt vor der Tür. Alles zusammen nur zu empfehlen!

Moderne und komfortable Wohnung

Die Unterkunft ist gut mit 4 Personen bewohnbar. Fußläufig ist das Ortszentrum von Torri erreichbar (ca. 10 Minuten). Die Umgebung ist lebhaft aber nicht störend.
