This safe, cozy 90 m apartment is located on the eastern side of Lake Garda in the Venetian region of northeastern Italy. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The apartment features Wi-Fi, cable television, heating, and air conditioning. The child-friendly apartment offers a highchair, books and games for children, and a playground (upon request). A special feature is the small indoors sauna, ideal for 2 people, which is available for an additional fee. The balcony affords a spectacular view of Lake Garda. Guests can enjoy the outdoor area on the fenced property and relax in the covered terrace or lounge in the furnished garden. The property also has an outdoor pool with showers. Super einfacher Zugang, traumhafte Aussicht, schnelle Hilfe bei Fragen und eine voll ausgestattete spielkiste für den hauseigenen Tennis/ Fußball Platz der nachts auch beleuchtet ist. Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet! Waren mit unsere Tochter da und könne es in Summe nur empfehlen!

Spektakulärer Blick

Pros: Der Blick vom großen Balkon ist unglaublich schön. Jeden Abend Sonnenuntergang hinter der Bergkette beobachten, toll! Das Appartement ist gut geschnitten mit 2 räumlich getrennten Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Gut für 2 Paare. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Bäder neu und schön, mit Sauna. Cons: Der Pool ist nicht ganz so schön wie erwartet. Das Licht im Wohn/Eß/Küchenbereich (alles ein Raum, ca 18 qm) gleicht einer Bahnhofsathmospäre. Es fehlt eine gemütliche Beleuchtung, so dass man auch abends noch mal zusammen am Esstisch spielen/sitzen/klönen kann. So sind wir immer direkt ins Bett gegangen.. Größtes Manko in dieser teuren Wohnung sind fehlende Mückengitter an den Fenstern. Am Gardasee gibt es viele Mücken, das ist bekannt. Eine Whg dieser Preisklasse sollte über Mückenschutz an den Fenstern verfügen. So war es uns nachts nicht möglich, ein Fenster zu öffnen. Auch tagsüber fliegen die Mücken hier aggressiv. Ohne Netze war nur Stoßlüften möglich. Also schöne Whg, die man nur mit geschlossen Fenstern genießen konnte. Hhm… Am Ende des Aufenthaltes wäre ein abschließender Kontakt mit dem Vermieter nett gewesen. Dann hätten wir diese Tipps direkt kommunizieren können. Hilft ja allen für die Zukunft weiter, wenn es gefällt:)

Preis Leistung war super, allgemein ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Pros: Super schöne Aussicht vom Balkon, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, Pool und Tennisplatz für uns ganz allein, sehr unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken Cons: Anhand der angegeben Adresse wurde die Unterkunft leider nicht gefunden, erst nach 2 Stunde Suche und mit Google Maps Ansicht wurde die Unterkunft zufällig gefunden, das W-LAN hat aufgrund eines vorherigen Unwetter nicht funktioniert, in einem der beiden Bäder war ein leichter Anfang von Schimmel an den Fugen der Dusche
