Fabulous villa and experience

The villa was absolutely fantastic. The layout has been well thought out, there are loads of different seating options both inside and outside and in and out of the shade. You can tell a lot of time and effort has gone into making the villa feel like home. The decor is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything you could possibly need. The communication from the owner Juanma was outstanding, from the time of booking to meeting us at the villa and showing us round. There is a large supermarket just across the road to get your shopping and a few restaurants and bars very close. It’s just a short walk into the main town for access to the beaches and more restaurants/bars etc. The pool was well maintained during our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. There is a toilet and shower outside which is great for use after being in the pool. We would definitely book again.

Absolutely stunning property

We were absolutely blown away by how impressive this property is! The pictures do not do it justice. As soon as you pass through your very secure gates, how well kept the outside is gives a very good indication of how good the inside is going to be. And wow were we proved right. Inside is just perfection. Plenty of room and beautiful and tastefully decorated and everything so very clean. The outside areas are just as fantastic. The pool is stunning and all the seating areas around the property make sure you catch that awesome Spain sunshine throughout the whole day!! Location is fantastic with a very handy and convenient supermarket almost opposite your door and plenty of bars and restaurants all at your fingertips. Every single one of us had the best time and we would most definitely book and recommend this property again. The hosts were extremely helpful and were always just a message away and responded so quickly. My husband who is the manager of a 5 star hotel in Scotland was extremely impressed with the standard of accommodation and would highly recommend and is already looking to book another holiday with this property or it’s sister property. Thank you to all at Villa Mi Sol for making our holiday the best one ever!!

Overall the villa is stunning, everything described in the listing was in the villa. It was a great base for visiting the beach and local restaurants but also a lovely place to spend the day by the pool. There are signs of aging but nothing obvious and does not take away from the hard work put into making the villa look lovely. The owners were very nice and showed us round the villa on arrival.

Back from a fantastic 10 days at this villa. Cannot rate it highly enough, pictures really don't do it justice. Really nice bars/restaurants a short walk, plus a really good park for the kids too. Villa is modern and spacious, perfect for families or groups. Would definitely recommend and hoping to book again in the future!

Amazing villa

Have just spent 2 weeks in this beautiful villa with my husband and adult children. This villa has everything to make a perfect holiday in the sunshine. A great, large pool, ping pong table and a gas BBQ. Bars, restaurants and a supermarket within a few minutes walking distance. The marina, beach, jet-skiing, market, shopping mall, and other restaurants a 20 minute walk away. The villa was very clean. The bedrooms haven’t got air conditioning but when we mentioned how hot it was at night the owner came to the villa within 2 hours of us messaging him with 3 new standing fans. You can watch Netflix on the TV if you have an account but we couldn’t find any channels to watch UK tv, Wimbledon or F1-not a big problem though we watched on our tablet instead. Sun loungers, day-bed, 2 outside tables and chairs and a nice undercover seating area, all of which we used lots. This villa would work for young families and also an all adult group and there is something for everyone. We will definitely return!!

Villa with 'WOW' factor

We are just back from a fantastic stay at the Villa and it is as good as the photographs indicate. Clean, secure and well equipped with a fantastic pool and surrounding area which is fairly private. A local supermarket is literally a stones throw away with everything you’ll need for your stay. Bars etc are close by and it is a 25 minute walk to town centre due to being in a residential area. Excellent communication throughout our stay. Would highly recommend for a relaxing holiday in a splendid property.

Great outdoor Holiday

When not walking to and from Torreiveja we spent all our time outside around the pool, the sun beds as mentioned in other reviews need replacement my but the space itself was Secure, Spacious and private with plenty of shade options. Juan was incredibly responsive and helpful with every contact.

We stayed for 11 days. The villa is lovely and we would definitely stay again. There are lots of bars and shops all with in walking distance. The only thing I would say is as we stayed over Christmas we could of done with a few more pans but apart from that it has everything you could need.

Beautiful villa

Beautiful villa. Tastefully furnished. Pool and grounds lovely – best pool of any villa we’ve stayed. Agree with previous review that getting the key from hotel is a little inconvenient but only 10-15 minutes walk to the villa. No welcome pack (only coffee machine with pods) so if you’re arriving late make sure you have supplies you need with you. Shampoo/body wash and poolside towels provided. There is a 24 hour mini mart on road into Torrevieja (about 10 mins walk away) if needed. Only 4 loungers when villa takes 6 people and 2 of them ripped when we stayed. TV doesn’t have English channels but there are channels which show English speaking serials and films (mainly American) if you just want to unwind in front of the TV. There is a centro commercial 5 minutes walk from the villa with bars, restaurants and a supermarket and another with a wider variety of shops/supermarkets 10-15 minutes walk away. Only 15 minutes walk to seafront and 25-30 minutes to Torrevieja centre but plenty of shops, restaurants and bars locally. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Fabulous stay in Torrevieja

Overall the property was excellent, in particular the outdoor space and the pool. The location was good. It was a 10-15 minute walk down to the beach and the promenade. A 5 minute walk to the local bars and restaurants with many more situated on the promenade. The supermarket was just across the road and there were a further two supermarkets about 10 minutes from the villa where there was also a shopping centre. As this is a residential area there are a lot of barking dogs and a nursery for 0-3 year olds two doors down. There was also a kennel quite close by. It could be quite noisy in the mornings when you were lazing by the pool. Very quiet in the evenings. The pool area was fantastic, absolutely loved it, outside toilet and shower and plenty of space. The sun loungers were great but one was broken. This didn't affect us as we were only two. I agree with a previous review that it is difficult to sunbathe on your front as the loungers are curved and are not adjustable but there is plenty of grass area to lie on. The house was modern and very spacious. There was lots of storage but very few hangers. Bring extra with you. The living space was very comfortable and whilst I do not go on holiday to watch television it would have been nice to have some UK channels albeit I did know about this prior to arrival. A big disappointment was no air conditioning in the bedrooms. Fans were provided on request but it was very warm and these were not sufficient to cool the rooms. A property of this size would definitely benefit from air conditioning throughout. There was also no full length mirror which is a minor thing but something I really missed. Kitchen was well equipped and a really nice space. It would have been helpful to have some instructions to help navigate the appliances although some were self explanatory. The support is good during your stay. The Hotel Madrid was a 5 minute walk from the villa and there was always someone on hand to offer advice or help with problems. All in all it was a lovely property and I miss the pool already. I would definitely visit again.

Another fantastic stay

This villa is as good as it looks in the photos. It has everything you need and the outside pool and dining area is great. It is perfect with the supermarket so close and only a short walk to the main area with restaurants, bars and shops. It is the second time we have stayed here and I am sure it won’t be our last. Great find, perfect spot

Great villa, very nicely presented, clean, all day sun in the garden. Would definitely recommend and return. Great communication with host. You don't even know it's there from the road, electric gates let you into a lovely villa. Just be careful as the curb isn't dropped near the entrance gate, we found it easier to reverse in.

Lovely villa

Picking up the keys was a bit of a faff but once we got them everything was great. Dishwasher didnt work the first night, but juan was there in an hour to fix it so no problems. Really lovely spacious villa. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but there is a fan which was fine. Pool area was fantastic. Had the sun all day. The only thing I would say is that whilst theres loads of seating areas outside, the loungers are the nice expensive ones, but they dont recline or anything so you cant really sunbathe. Not a problem as I just laid on my lilo on the floor which was comfortable enough. The villa is located within a 2 minute walk from the mercadona and 10 min walk from carrefour. About 20 mins walk to town. Bars, pharmacy, other shops, wine bodega literally all in walking distance. Communication with juan was brilliant and happy to answer any questions. Will definitely be booking again

Highly Recommend

We stayed in this villa last year as well so that is testiment in itself. We have loved it both times this year we stayed for two weeks. It is really modern and clean it has absolutely everything you would need to keep all the family happy. It is in a great location, less then a minute from the supermarket, restaurants and a lovely Irish bar and a 15 minute walk from the main strip and beaches. We would highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved the villa, it was perfectly located for the supermarket & Irish pub which were a two minute walk away. A fantastic sized private pool, the owner was really nice and very helpful. The only negative I have was there is only air con in the main living area and not in the bed rooms. The bed rooms did get really hot during the night. It might be an idea to put fans in the bedrooms. I have already booked it again for two weeks next year and looking forward to it.

Lovely villa with great pool and local bars and supermarket very close.

Villa is very modern and has great areas around it in the gardens to catch the sun. Shaded outside sofa area is really nice in evenings. There is a supermarket just two .minutes away and large indoor shopping centre with restaurants about 15 min walk. Or you can use the local bars and restaurants which are 5 mins away which are good. Is about 20 min walk from beach and 25 min from the centre and funfair etc. The pink lagoon is walkable as well about 20 mins away.. only thing that could do with changing is the air conditioning as it is only in the lounge and the bedrooms this time of year get hot. A lovely relaxing holiday though and would recommend.

Excellent Villa.

The villa was everything we expected and more. It's true to the pictures and the pool was more than big enough. The villa and grounds were spotless, hats off to the cleaning/ maintenance team. ! The owners supply nearly everything, from dishwasher tablets, bin bags to lilos for the pool and a tiny pool that our little grandson loved! We had a problem with the microwave and within an hour of emailing the owner she had brought us a new one,, excellent customer service ! There are now lay down sunbeds, in all we counted 30 different seats / sofas to choose from so no fighting for a chair outside or inside for that matter, we were a family of 5 adults and a baby and the villa is very spacious. The supermarket is just across the road and a Shopping Centre is just up the road and a good water park is too. We had a car and drove the 5 minutes to the beach, restaurants etc. There is also a market and small fairground to explore. Torrevieja is a pleasant town and there are plenty of shops, bars restaurants etc along the Beach Front but it's not been taken over by tacky souvenir shops.Ive only two small complaints and they are that we had to email owner just before we went to find out where to get the keys, in all the other villas we have stayed in have let us know quite early on. Also the kerb has not been lowered into the villa, we hired a big car and everytime we pulled in to the drive the was a sharp intake of breath from my other half! To sum up we loved the villa and Torrevieja and would recommend them both to everyone.

Fantastic bungalow

The house is Brilliant and near all amenities, there is a supermarket across the road and about 5 mins walk away there is a lidl and the Habernaras shopping center. There are bars and restaurants 2 mins away and the seafront is approx 10-15 mins stroll. the owner could not do enough for you what ever we asked for we got and you don't need to take anything it has absolutely everything you need. The only negative that I could say about the house is that there was no tin opener and it could do with some lay down sunloungers. There are plenty of seating and lounge chairs but nothing to lay flat so we had to use the floor, but he did ask us if we wanted us to get some but we said no, so I wouldn't be surprised if he hasn't put some in there now. the English television is very limited too, we could only get BBCWorld news
