MAR MENOR GOLF RESORT 2 BEDROOM TOWN HOUSE
Your Holiday Spain present this cozy 2 bedroom town house on the popular Mar Menor Golf Resort. The property is ideal for both family and golfing holidays offering 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double bedroom with a shared house bathroom and access to a spacious terrace overlooking the pool. On the main floor is an open plan kitchen dinner with a separate cloakroom. From the living area is an open porch leading on to the garden and pool area, the pool can be heated in the winter months.
The town house is situated within walking distance to the Hotel where you will find bars and restaurants open all year round as well as a club house to enjoy a drink or meal after a round of golf.
Also on the resort is a local padel court where for a fee you can make use of the many activities such as mini golf, padel, basketball, football, gym, heated pool and sauna. Or if you prefer you can sit back and relax with a drink and enjoy the local cuisine.
Just a short walk outside of the resort on the main Boulevard you will find numerous bars and restaurants offering a variety of cuisines and entertainment during your stay. We advise booking in the summer months.
Please note a security deposit hold of 500 euros is retained by Your Holiday Spain and released within 7 to 14 days of leaving the property.
