Beautiful bright villa with space for four guests, with private pool and rooftop terrace.
The Space:
This villa is tastefully decorated and is set on the stunning 5 star La Torre golf resort.
Two bathrooms, one with a bath, a fully fitted kitchen and a spacious lounge/diner. There is also a PlayStation in the living room for guests enjoyment. Outside is a large garden area with a private swimming pool and comfortable seating ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Spanish sunshine.
The resort has a variety of leisure facilities, restaurants, bars, supermarket, shop, 16 communal swimming pools, paddle courts and tennis courts as well as the onsite hotel providing access to the spa and gym.
La Torre Golf Resort is around a 15 minute drive to local beaches (both Mediterranean and Mar Menor/little sea). The local towns of Roldan and Balsicas have bus services and a train station which has a direct line to Madrid, Murcia and Cartagena.
Murcia benefits from over 320 days of sunshine a year and has a special micro-climate that gets warm summers and mild winters, making it the perfect destination year round.
