Your Holiday Spain are pleased to present this beautiful 4 bedroom Almendro villa on the award winning Santa Rosalia Lake and Life Resort.

Set in a larger than normal plot, this villa benefits from an extended south east facing private swimming pool which can be heated at a cost of 35 euros per day, perfectly for those hot summer evenings. A beautiful alfresco dinning area where you can sit back and unwind with a glass of your favourite Spanish vino.

Entering the main level of the villa you are greeted with a spacious open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, with fully Inter-grated doors leading on to the alfresco dinning and bbq area. Also on this level you have a spacious double bedroom which has access to the main floor bathroom.

In the lower basement level of the villa you will find an extremely spacious double bedroom, main house bathroom, and a media tv room, perfect for families or entertains the children another a long day at the lagoon.

On the first floor we have two spacious suites, each with their own en suite bathrooms, and shared access to the first floor terrace area.

Leading on from this you have access to the rooftop solarium, here you will find an incredible space with room for sunbathing on the day bed, or dinning with the use of the outdoor bbq. The view is simply spectacular.

With room for all, family or friends, this villa offers an amazing place to unwind and create lasting memories.

The resort is still under construction, however this does not affect the villa as all villas are completed in this location.

Whilst at the villa you have full access to the 17,000m2 Crystal Lagoon as well as a variety of different areas to enjoy from the beaches, volleyball area, island bar, and a range of water sport activities. You can also enjoy delicious food and drinks at the main La Reserva Clubhouse, with its stunning terrace and range of Mediterranean foods.

For the children there are multi sports courts, mini golf, basketball, and a range of different play areas around the resort as well as a gym for those wishing to exercise during their stay.

Just a few minutes away is the Mar Menor Golf Resort with its 18 hole golf course and vast array of bars and restaurants you can use. And 5 minutes away by car you will arrive to the beaches of the Mar Menor and town of Los Alcazares with all the amenities you need to complete your stay.

Please note that a 500 euro deposit is held on your card during your stay and returned with 14 days of leaving.

We also must stipulate that all wristbands for the lagoon must be returned to the property upon departure or they will be charged at 50 euro per band.
